More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying different parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
